Default Bose AUX in Adapters -- PAC AAI-AIS

Anyone here using the PAC AAI-AIS adapters to input a audio source like a PS2 or something. I have a 04 Bose unit but I run a FM mod and the sound is kinda crappy. I need to know exactly how close to a actual cd or tape the sound is. Also is there any other device I can use that will plug into the Blose system....

here is a BESTBUY buy link of the adapter

@jkoc
If the Satellite radio input isn't available then you need this:

Ok, I just bought one of these PAC AAI-AIS adapters, I opened up my 398 mile old 2005 and tried to install this thing, but when I got to the back of my radio (I didn't take it out all the way) but all the plugs were plugged in on the back. Is this normal, am I supposed to replace one of these? I know the big harness is a passthrough (for power?), put the other one isn't. I guess I was expecting there to be an empty plug for the sat radio (And no, I don't have sat radio and I do have the Bose system)

Any ideas? Thanks.

Stuff, it sounds like your car is pre-wired for sat radio. The adapter should only fit one of the inputs in the back of the stock deck. Find that plug, unplug the existing harness, and plug in the PAC.

Good luck.

I never had a FM modulator, I was using a tape adapter before, and the difference in sound quality is significant. None of that static buzz/hiss anymore, just clean.

Are you in LA, as in California or Lousiana? If you're in Cali, you can take a listen sometime...
