Thumbs up Custom Eclipse, Memphis, JL audio, JVC install pics

I finally finished my audio install, got the car cleaned up, and took some pics. They can be seen on my sounddomain page at this link: http://www.sounddomain.com/profile/parboy

The whole process took around 4 days to complete and was sooo much fun! I think this install has turned out better than any I have done so far!

I really like the headunit. It has a ton of features and good sound. Even if I didn't have the screen in the cubby, the 3" screen on the HU is good enough to watch a movie on. The cool thing is that the HU will play mp3's stored on a dvd disc, so I have every mp3 from my pc on one disc, over 500 tracks. The HU sends all the info in the form of a playlist to my 7" screen in the nav cubby, which I thought was very cool.

The edead I have is the original V1. I bought it when ED had a 10% off coupon on their site, so I saved a little money. I think it works great. It is easy to apply and sticks extremely well. It has certainly fixed my vibrating door problem. I only applied it to the doors and the hatch and don't have any rattles anymore. I would probably get the v1 se if I was buying again, just because it's a little thicker, but I don't regret my purchase at all.

Excelent sub mounting. I don't think many people realize how much less rattle is produced by facing them up instead of aft.

For some reason, the pics aren't working on the sounddomain site right now. I have no idea why, but it appears it's happening to others as well and not just mine. Anyway, here are links to some bigger pics on my server:

Also, in case anyone was wondering, the center oval section with the 2 grills is removeable. It fits in there so tight, I didn't even have to secure it! I actually had to build a special tool to be able to pull it out

This is the eD v1 SE in a customer's corolla. It was in there maybe 2 weeks. Houston, TX weather is hot, but man that stuff is ugly.

The original order of eDead v1 SE came in, but it was actually Peel and Seal. Thats the roofing stuff you can get from your local Lowe's or Home Depot (Builder's Square if thats still in your area). He called and told them that the shipment was wrong, and offered to ship it back. They just told him he could throw it away. The pictures below is after the 2nd shipment of eDead V1 SE came in. I'm not saying its rebadged Peel and Seal, but I wouldn't buy it.

The customer is now going with Dynamat Extreme. Thats excellent stuff.

This picture is his eDead v3 liquid deadener. Now I was REALLY impressed by it.
