Well i have a 05 Enthusiast that only has CD, FM, & AM Controls on the headunit. I bought the PAC AA-NIS thinking it would work after looking around the forums, but when i installed it today, nothing happened. Can someone tell me what i'm doing wrong or if it simply is not going to work. This is frustrating just to plug in my dam ipod.
BTW, this is the what my stereo looks like

yep, only sat ready z's can use that pac interface.
you should look into getting a good FM-modulator and a power filter (10-20amp from radio shack). the fm modulator plugs into your antenna slot and the power filter makes sure you dont get any interference or buzzing.

The auxniss worked fine?? I just called soundgate last week and they firmly said '03 and '04 ONLY. Someone had one for sale on e-bay and I wanted to bid on it. I think I will just stick to the aux input on my EQ even though I have to use a separate volume control for the XM roady. Glad you figured it out. PAC was definately wrong, that is for the BOSE. I read my owners manual last week and it looks like there are only two radios. Bose or non-Bose. Nothing in between or options for either except to add on satellite to the Bose. Does the Bose have the option of an external changer besides the 6 in dash? This is the confusing part when reading the descriptions on these adapters. It auxniss says it will use the cd changer controls to use the changer input. Well on the base, Nissan does not list that as an option. Does the base radio have a changer function when you hit the CD button twice then? I still may want an auxniss if I can get it on ebay very cheap.

bjr, yes it worked perfectly on my 05'. Talk to Ed718 about a bose system....he bought the plug that orginally bought which was for the bose system (pac aai-nis). He installed it and said it worked beautifully. As far as i know, the base and the enthusiast have the exact same radio, so the AUXNISS would be right for you. I think soundgate says 03-04 only probably to cover their butts since maybe they never tested it on an 05' or 06' for that matter. I got mine off ebay last week for $80 shipped, but i haven't seen it there before. Just got lucky i guess.
