I have it with all the accesories, but the remote start is not "enabled". This was needed to comply with the manufacturer specifications when using a manual transmision.

If you "hack it" to make it work, please let me know. Thanks.

do you like it?...no problems, easy to use?...i talked to a few places and they said they could make the remote start work, but i'd have to sign a waiver and not leave the car in gear, which i don't

How much did you pay total(equipment/install)?

i got a quote from a place for roughly $650 plus tax on parts (parts are about $350)...not too many places want to do it, 'cause if you damage your car, they could be responsible

Overall I like it.

I bought/installed it, from what arguably is "the best shop in the state".

As I said before, I added all the sensors/modules available. The works.... state of the art install. They took 3-full days. So in the end, the labor costs were more than the parts. Total $1400.

My advise: go to a reputable dealer, get the quote with all the stuff you want, and be preapered to go back once or twice to finalize all the details.

sick alarm - had it for 2.5 years, i have all the add-ons including remote start on a manual, i had them put a neutral safty switch, which means the car will not start up if it is in gear. Technically you are not suppose to add a remote start device to a manual car because of the consequence you can face, but if you know the right people and shop its all good. Only gripe I have about the unit is the batterylife of the Keyfob, and how easy it is to lose the battery cover. peace
