bose system
There are plenty of them sitting un-used in many a garage. The issue is going to be does your wiring harness have the connections for the Bose which is not only the headend but the two matching amplifiers.
Well i really dont know. What would I need to hook up the headunit and all the bose speakers?? I want the whole system. And where can I get them from?? price?? And is it worth getting or should I go with something else??

The Bose system really isn't all that. In my humble opinion it's a lot of money for rather mid-range sound. The Bose system is set up with a different wiring harness than the non-Bose system - at least that's what the manual indicates. I haven't gone back-and-forth between pages to compare all the difference but the cost to install a Bose wiring harness is going to be very expensive - possibly over a thousand dollars or more. It would be cheaper to wire around the current wiring harness with the missing cables - even then that's going to be pretty labor intensive and for what/why?

(where are the power tranistors!?!?!?)

Most people pay to take the BOSE out. I still have mine, but definetly would not go out to buy one to add in. Worst part of the touring package.
Aftermarket well done will make you 1000 times happier. There is plenty of good sample setups here in the forums with pictures, model names of the parts, etc.

The Blowse system is almost enough for me to torch my car!
I took it o Nissan and told them that my CD player skips when the temp is under 40*(F).
Their reply:
"Well it just does that..."
BS!
I looked into having a double DIN unit installed and apparently they have to rip out everything in order to do it. NO THANKS...I'll just use my ipod.

Mine is sitting in a box in my garage along with the sub and speakers. Just get a nice aftermarket system. You'll be much happier.
