I had an Alpine CDA7995 in my Z a while back .. all I needed was the metra 7550(?) harness (95-up Nissan). No antenna adapter, as it just slid right in (it is a short tight fit, but it works). Be sure to connect the dark blue wire on the harness to ensure good radio reception.

The 300ZX is what has made Bose a nightmare to installers ... it used to be a horrid mess of complete rewiring etc. The 350Z is much easier
