Default New system installed (pics)

These pics were taken right after we finished so forgive if the car is a bit dirty. A friend and myself did this over the weekend, im very happy the way it came out and it sounds VERY good. I also decided to go with the old XBOX because i was not about to put my XBOX 360 in the car since i modded my old XBOX to play all the games from the hard drive. This way i dont have to carry around all those discs. Feel free to post any comments

hmm, any particular reason you dont like most of the Kenwood components. Im curious if theres problems they have that im not aware of or maybe you have had bad experiences with them.

Thanks for the comment

Default Kenwood

I am a Kenwood dealer, They may not be the best of the equipment out there as for the Subs and Amps... However The installs we have done lately... They definitely surprized the crap out of us... They definitely keep up with the best of them... Specially the 25th anniversary line. Thay also have some decent components at a very affordable price range...

Their subs shown above are actualy very nice, I like them better then let's say an Alpine Type R.

Overall for the price they are bang for the buck... And they are a recongnized brand name for the bragging rights...

cool, kenwood must have relaly taken it up a notch since their last line, we sold kenwood as well at my old shop, and i remember really not liking their tornado cone subs, their silver amps forogot the names...and the speakres...

glad to hear, maybe i will give them a shot next time

One thing you must realize is that he is using the Excelon Line, not the Kenwood Line. Big difference.

Looks good!!! One question. Did you try putting the xbox in one of the small glove boxes? Thinking about doing the same thing. Just didn't want to use the big glove box behind the passenger seat because my amp is already there. Never heard the new Excelon subs.have always liked Kenwood's amps, although I haven't owned one in 10 years. Thanks and Congrats!!!

Thanks for all the comments guys, i appreciate it.

Oldschool, yeah we actually looked into doing that but the xbox was just way to big to fit. Myabe you could gut the xbox and just use the internals or something. that might work. Either that or just use a slim PS2 lol.

As for the subs, they really surprised me when we first hooked them up. They definitely exceeded my expectations.

Looks good!

Not a fan of Kenwood here either (heard the previous subs), but apparently they stepped it up a bit! Enjoy it!
