Default Time to upgrade the audio system...HELP!!

I am finally ready to put my system in my Z. I just got my taxes back so here is what i'm buying so tell me what you think or what you might change:

Eclipse AVN-5435 Double Din head unit/ navigation
---------Sirius tuner and ipod hookup
Farenheit 7000MHR monitor w/2003 cubby
Dvd player wired up to the Farenheit (need some suggestions on this one)
6.5" component speakers up front (haven't decided yet:any suggestions)
6.5" coaxials in the rear (haven't decided yet:any suggestions)
10" Rockford Fosgate sub (i dont need insane bass...as long as its there)
Alpine 5 channel amp
Zenclosures box or the other box that goes on the side of the trunk area

Well guys...how does this setup sound?? I am kind of an Audio Newb but I want to make this thing sound good. Let me know what kind of component speakers and coaxials are good to go with. I would like to keep the components under $200 and the coaxials around $120-$150. Can I just use any dvd player or is there one in particular that I should use. I would like to mount it in the little glove compartments behind the seats.

Also...anybody know any good car audio shops down here in socal to do this install?? and how much would I be looking at for install of everything??

I appreciate your guys help. Thanks.

If you want great sound then toss out video. It is clearly overconstraining your budget. Car video sucks anyway. Put in some great front components (Boston Acoustic, CDT), low noise HU (KW excelon, Alpine), and clean and crisp amps (PPI, FG). Then you will be smiling every trip!

Skip the rear coaxials and spend more on the comps. Surround sound in the tiny Z is not really possible unless you played with time delay and such...

If you dont really need navigation I suggest the new alpine double din over the Eclipse. For the price... the eclipse is lacking in features IMO where as the Alpine does it all and has better pre-outs.

Verizon now offers VZNAV for $10/m on $100 cell phones! Its dbase is always current (versus VHU GPS disk updates are $300!) and use it anywhere. No reason to sacrifice great audio for crappy video.

I have a 2 10" Zenclosures under strutbar box which is brand new, never used, still in bubble wrap and in the UPS box for sale for $100 shipped to your door if your interested give me a PM (I went with a fiberglass box from TC Customs and never used the Zenclosures box I bought).

As far as the the mids and highs, I say go with the FOCAL Polyglass 165V1 (6 1/2 and tweeter). You can buy these for around $200 on EBAY shipped to your door. The sound quality from the FOCALS are amazing and you will not find a better speaker for the price.

If you want good bass that doesn't break the budget, pick up a Image Dynamic ID10 or IDQ10. I went with two ID8s. Perfect IMO. They don't need alot of power either (like 150-200watts rms). For the mids and highs I went with Infinity Components up front and coaxils in the back....most ppl are right when they say don't bother with the rears. Mine are turned down almost all the way. It ruins front stage. Other good brands to go with are seas lotus, elemental design, boston pros, diamond audio, or image dynamics. If you get that 5 channel amp, look for something that isn't so power hungry. If you're gonna get a stand alone DVD, buy cheap $50-75 model. No one will see it and if it bites the dust, you're not out much. Just my $.02

My advice is to talk to Nazar and 16psi. They have helped a lot of people out on the forum with advice and so far no one has beaten the prices they have quoted me.
