Default Please, help with system decision?????

I am about to purchase a pre made box and sub or subs for my blue 350z. I cant afford a w7 10" which is what i want, but im looking at either a kicker L7 10" or two JL w3 10' or two alpine type R 10"s. does anyone have either of these or know and idea of what they would sound like in the car, and which is the best bang for the buck$ but with some quality still???

PLEASE HELP: Sincerly BIGBluem350......

stay away from the kicker L7, either of you other choices are ok. i prefer JL, but im sure there are others that prefer alpine. i would go with the JL stealthbox.

The new type Rs are pretty good woofers by all reports. W3 or Type R...which ever is cheaper.

L7s make me want to throw up

You guys obviously haven't heard a properly setup L7...
They are a badass sub with some nasty hard hits.

. The JL's would be a perfect setup though.

Sorry, I just dont care for kicker subs. Kicker has won some SQ comps but eh the average consumer can't get those things to sound any good.

I'v never had a customer have a poor sounding kicker. :| Its all in how they are placed and if you are in a custom box, or one of their boxes. My hatchback had 6 L7's and was *****in' for the 3 weeks I had it finished before my accident.

That is why god gave us all opinions though.

There I can agree, Kickers are made for ripping your car and everyone around you's car apart, JL's were made for quality sound.
