I wanted to install two amps in the bose location. i plan on running 2 1/0 wires from battery to that spot. I see all the stuff for passenger glove box, but was wondering how easy it is before i rip the car apart.

 

Have a look along the passenger's side.

Back behind the battery there's a large gasketed area where you can pop some extra holes. Running 0/1 wires I'm thinking you ought to be running these though pass-thru stuffing tubes. Run the cable down the passenger's kick panel, along side the plastic conduit (those cables are going to be too big to go in the conduit) and then cross over under the lugage cubby hole.

Make sure that you fuse that positive cable as close as possible to the battery to protect the entire lenght of the cable.

 

I was thinking to place the Amps in the same Location I have the Boss system and I want the amp where the Stock Boss sun is. Is there a "How to" or any tutorial to get rid of the Stock boss Sub. I did a search but nothing pop up

The factory Bose amplifiers are a pretty tiny system. The one for the subwoofer is about the size of a pack of cigerettes, the one in the trunk is a bit bigger but isn't burried under foam and a real amplifier isn't going to do well there. Putting the amps behind the stock subwoofer compartment is easy enough, that's where mine are.
