whats this connector for?

Default whats this connector for?

the connectors in red are used by stock componets, the one circled in green was empty when i pulled the stereo out, what is this for, can i get some kind of wire to go from that to an mp3 player or sat radio reciever?

Is that the back of the stock Bose radio?

Might be a connection for a satellite radio input.

do you have Nav? if not, that might be the connector that links the stereo and nav together

Thats where you connect the Flux Capacitor.
