WickedCAS strut tower magicbox / install?
I doubt it will move with two 10" subs, but I want the box as secure as possible under the strut tower.
Does anyone have a link that shows how to best attach the box to the Z?
Thanks~Kenny

Thanks for the replies, but I am thinking of a more secure attachment that you suggest. I intend to bolt the enclosure in place. In the event of a mishap I don't want the last thing I see on this earth to be the sub box falling out of the sky toward my head.
I realize the probabilities of this ^ are practically Nil, but stranger things have happened.

I seem to remember someone saying they put a couple of screws inside the enclosure and up into the bottom of the strut bar. Easiest thing to do is call Nazar or Justin at Wicked CAS (603-642-4222) and they should be able to help you out. I have their 3 sub setup and have it has never moved on me.
A little OT, but here's a cool picture of my Wicked CAS sub box taken by leemik.

Justin relayed that you can drill out a couple of holes in the bottom of the enclosure and screw it into the metal under the strut tower. Cover the screws with 100% silicone.
Or, you can remove the metal clips for the cargo net and fit a "threadsert" into the holes. Drill out the enclosure and bolt it in place. Special tooling required.
Thank you for the reply.
We ended up screwing the enclosure in place. 4 screws on each side beginning near where the lower cargo net clips are located. Screws covered with silicone from inside the box.

Prior to drilling the holes for the screws the subs were installed in the enclosure for tuning. Nate, the installer, was kind enough to come to my home to complete the work.

TRU Technology amp in place.

Kinetik power cell...1400CCA.

All done. 1/2" Lexan over the amp. Enclosure secure. Perfectly tuned and could not be happier with the sound stage.

My under-strut box from Zenclosures moves almost an inch, but my amp rack stops it from moving more.
That looks awesome Kenny
