can this be done or is the dash slant too different. searched for this topic but found nothin.

the color and size doesn't look like it matches very smoothly...i might have to rethink the 03 cubby in a 06 idea

In the picture titled, "Navigation Window Close", you can really see how bad the gaps are between the cover and the dash frame. And even in that really low light, the color looks WAY off.

The guy did a nice job, and did the best he could with what's currently available, it's just not for me.

Heres a thought I had...

Get rid of the nav pocket completely, and fiberglass in the LCD frame. I personally cant stand the way the paintjobs look after one of these jobs, so...

Is it possible to have it carbon fibered for a cleaner look?

What is wrong with the 06 cubby holes? Whats differnt about them?

The paint on them is a different shade. They open up differently. You cannot put in the popular Farenheit screen in there because of the way they open. In order to put in this screen, you need to swap out to an 03' cubby.
