I know this is not a 350Z question. But my beater car a 99 Integra seems to be having a problem stemming from the alarm (KARR). When I hit the remote to unlock the car it will make 3 short beeps on the alarm and the alarm doesn't seem to disable. When I put the key into the ignition 1/2 the times the alarm will go off. The other half it won't start, the starter makes a tapping sound.

There is a valet toggle switch, but it doesn't seem to be working now. Any suggestions? I'd pull the fuse for the alarm, if only I knew where it would be..
