Default I think I went overboard..

just ordered a elemental designs 6500 components, nine.2 amp, nine.2x amp, ED 350z enclosure with two 11Kv-2 subs, two rca, 30 square feet of edead, 14 gauge speaker wire, 4 gauge dual amp wire kit, and a Panasonic Panasonic CQ-C8303U HU for a total of around 1500 bucks...ouch... This is coming from a guy that used sony xplod stuff from circuit city on prior cars . Im praying this system will sound good...

You will love it, I really enjoyed eD stuff. I was selling six month old nine2x and nine4, so if you are interested in saving a couple hundred let me know. Maybe you can return the unused ones.

install it well and you will be happy, the EDi is not my cup of tea when it comes to front components, but i have to say for 250 bucks its really hard to beat, and its extremely powerful in midbass output...

now it all comes down to installation and proper tuning i am sure you will enjoy getting the edis in the stock door locations, they fit, but paitiences will pay off

i hope so...Im going to use ALOT of edead and put the tweeters in the kick panel. ..also they jacked up alot of prices now, the 6500s were 325 shipped.

nope.. you're not close to going overboard.. i am doing my install also.. i went for 0 gauge for power and 0 gauge for ground... then 4 gauge to the amps ... i didn't buy a kit.. went the shop i got my dj equipment and got a nice discount picked out everything individually .. wires.. distibution block.. rca's..
