i got one. pretty kewl. you can set the navi to a foreign language that will give you direction in that language. also i takes time to get used to. i use to have the garmin c320 navi and that one is very simple to use. there are features that i like from the garmin and vice versa. also the tom tom has the entire US and canada map stored in there. pretty good. if you were to put it in the cubby, it'll move and fall off. i just use the suction cup and stick it on the windshield.

look up kudausa *dot* com, they sell mounts specific to models/makes. I have on for my RX8 and it looks like the TomTom is part of the car!
Here's a pic of their mount with a cell phone cradle. But you can mount just about anything on the leather surface, plastic backed, with self tapping screws.

TomTom is ok, and it works well. Before making the purchase though, you should compare this to other available devices. I suggest looking at Garmin and Alpine. IMO Alpine and Garmin use a superior map database (NAVTEQ) and have better application software.

Garmin Nuvi 660 is one of the best portable navi units out there. Review info here:

That is correct. The significant differences between the Garmin Nuvi 6XX and the Nuvi 3XX is screen size and price. Here is a link comparing the Nuvi 660 with the Nuvi 360:
https://buy.garmin.com/shop/compare....areProduct=400
IMO the best size screen when navigating using a GPS in a car is a 7" screen. You can have this by installing a 7" LCD monitor in the upper/forward cubby space in the Z combined with a remote "blackbox" GPS brain/device. Examples are:
1) Farenheit T-7000MHR (same as the Power Acoustik PT-700MHR and NESA Vision NSM-7005) 7" monitor teamed with the Garmin GVN 52. You operate this unit using a RF handheld controller. This system does not support touch-screen operation.
2) Kenwood LZ-702W 7" monitor teamed with the Kenwood KNA-G510 Navigation Box. You operate this system using touch-screen controls.
If your preference is a transportable GPS (that you carry when leaving the car), Garmin's Nuvi products are a good choice. The compromise is the smaller screen. The Nuvi 360 is easier to carry outside the car; but while driving, the Nuvi 660 provides a much better view (but, not even close to the great view the 7" monitors described above). The difference between the Nuvi 360 and the Nuvi 660 is not so much the screen size (the 360 has a 3.5" diagonal screen, and the Nuvi 660 has a 4.3" diagonal screen), but instead it is the screen format (the Nuvi 360 has a 4x3 format- 320 x 240 pixels, while the Nuvi 660 has a 16x9 format- 480 x 272 pixels). When viewing both Nuvi's side-by-side, you will want the Nuvi 660. The Nuvi 660's widescreen (16x9 screen layout) provides a superior view and function while navigating in a car.
