Default compartments above Glovebox..

For those who have mounted gadgets into the two small compartments in the rear, right above the glovebox/stock subwoofer areas... how did you do this! I have'nt really been able to see any clear-cut way to get in there and "cleanly" run wire to anything you might put in there. Can you just pop them out or something? Or do I need to remove the entire rear panel piece again??

Yes, you can pop them out by putting your hands in there, pushing up, and pulling. They snap right out.

For more information, search around to find a guide on how to install rear speakers. It will detail how to take the panels off and run wires from the head unit or whatever to these cubby-holes.

+1. They come right out. For wiring you can feed wires up from the center console by taking off either the driver's side panel and the sub-bracket or pull the glove box out.
