I just don't think these kinds of things work out in NY. I have been to court numerous times were the cop gives a speeding ticket not based on a laser but by judgment. All Suffolk county cops are required to take a Speed Evaluation Course. They can judge how fast your going and thats good enough in court!

yep, ull never win a fight in Suffolk, i heard you can in nassau. Last week i got a 86 in 55, imma try to fight it down to a 75 but it will probly be impossible.
