one 10w6 vs two 10w3's ???

Default one 10w6 vs two 10w3's ???

in a zenclosures box powered by a JL 500.1. Has anyone compared these configurations and whats your opinion ? I am undecided on which to use and dont really have a chance to listen to either.

More air moving=more bass. Generally speaking, that is-unless you are running a a beast of a woofer with the required power/airspace. 2 10W3 FTW.

+1. Two subs will have more cone area which will move air. 1 w6 would be more than enough in the Z but if you are playing some heavy bass songs, two subs will hit all the notes that the 1 sub might miss.

I have had both setups and prefer the w6v2. I am more into clean than loud, but the w6 is still plenty loud.

I had the same debate. I ended up going to a w6v2 and ive very happy with it. Powering with 630wrms
