It's all a matter of blending into the traffic. If the rest of the road is going 90, the cop will be looking for the guy going 100.

Just for the record, I won't be violating any road laws. It will be used leagally in highways where speed permits and where it shall not cause any threat to self or others.

The same argument could be made for anything, from aftermarket brakes to making your car faster with aftermarket parts.
Please explain how this is soooo different
People can modify their cars beyond recognition to make them faster, WAY faster than the posted speed limit of any state in this country, but somehow it's not ok to find a way (and post publicly) to increase the cruise control on a car?
Personally, I could care less about the mod, I'd never do it, and you're probably asking for major trouble should anything ever go wrong, but it's the logic of your "shhh, don't post it publicly!" that makes zero sense.
