Question Ipod Video possible?

I was wanting to ask is if its possible to be able to transmit Ipod video from the Ipod itself to a DVD Head unit? I don't know if the Ipod's are capable of doing this or not. I know its possible to transmit the audio, just not the video. Any help? Was wanting to do something a little more than just the audio part of a song, show actual music videos.

yes, there are A/V mini jack cables available for the video ipod, you can find them anywhere ipods are sold for the most part.

yup, you just plug the cable in to where you'd normally plug in your headphones, and on the other end you have 3 rca's: left/right audio rca's and a yellow composite video rca.

Oh..I have a different set-up with my entertainment system. I can theoretically just plug the damn thing into my system and use the iPoD on my touch screen display. I can get the music to play but not the movie function. Im still working on it. Of course I do all this at work and spend half the day outside sitting in my car....LOL!!!

Yes sir, did all that. I found my problem though. Im simply brilliant for lack of a better word.

To actually have video in the iPoD does the trick. No flies on me. Cottage maybe, no flies.

You can use a regular video camera cord for the ipod. Make sure setting are
Video->Settings->Video out-> ON. F0r the regular cords the audios are white and yellow and the video becomes the red one. This works for sure i always watch videos on my ipod on my tv.
