What touch screen can work into cubby?
I believe I have seen someone ask this question before, but not sure if there was ever a response.
At the moment I know we have the Farenheit/Power Acoustik 7" screen which is almost perfect fit for the '03 Z cubby.
My question is; are there any 7" touchscreens that currently fit perfect in there?

i think all those screens are wicked. if i had disposable income like that...i would do the same....i would even have those little ones on the sideview mirrors...u know...for when u are stuck in traffic...all the other "ordinary" folks could watch tv too...LOL...
its easy to hate...hard to appreciate....but i can...its looks great...i like the pictures...

Haha thats alot of screens.
But, are any of them touch screen? That was the original question. If im not mistaken, the basic farenheit hype we have here on the forums is the regular $100 non touch screen

Your question was not answered, and some of the posters here side-tracked the question. Sorry that happened.
I would ask why you want a touch-screen LCD and what you plan to use this for. A touch-screen monitor by itself gives you nothing. You need to tell us how you want to integrate this into your car’s CES. For example do you want a CarPC? Do you want this touch screen for GPS function? Would this touch screen be for DVD function?

-My thoughts here come hand in hand with another post that I recently posted. My idea is placing an XBoX system into my car.( Purely entertainment and show ). My xbox is currently mod'd and upgraded to 300gb. Therefore I can store tons of music, movies, games, etc.
The reason behind asking if there is a touchscreen in the cubby available is simply because I wish to have the XBoX's interface accesible through touch. At the current moment the only way I know how to do this, is through USB ports. Most (if not all?) aftermarket headunits do not have a USB port. The fareinheit screen does.
So has anyone discovered an option ?

you cant make a hacked xbox 1 work with touch screen. Xbox media player/center or the evo x dash or any other dash doesnt support it. Unless someone coded it in the last 6 months im 100% sure it cant be done
