in my car you would not hear the rear fill as i have 10,000 watts on my sub and 1000 watts on my front stage
so why install speakers and power them if they can't be heard

Well this is kind of correct. Most of your average recordings are in 2-channel stereo, not in full Dolby digital 5.1 surround sound. Yes, there are some recordings that are, and if this is what you listen to a majority of the time, then you should in fact look into a 5.1 system for your car. But most of us do not. So the artist and producer wanted you to listen to ONLY 2 channels.....left and right (not left front, right front, left rear, right rear)
So for proper 2 channel stereo it is ideal to have 2 full range sets of speakers equidistant from you as well as from each other....basically forming a perfect equilateral triangle where all sides are of equal length. One diversion from this is the sub stage, because the human ear can not typically pinpoint the direction of audio below around 60-80Hz.
One time I can understand rear fill is when you NEED to use a smaller midrange driver in the front stage for spatial reasons, say a 4" is the biggest you can use. And you have a 12" sub in the back of the car, well you aren't going to get that 4" to play down to 80Hz, so dropping in some 6.5" mid/woofers in the rear to fill in the missing freq. range would be ok.
Another time is in a passenger vehicle with rear seat passengers. If you care about the listening enjoyment of your rear seat passengers, then you may want to add some rear speakers for them, but keep them faded down so that you can not really hear them from the front.
Other than these scenarios, I feel your money is better spent on a nicer set of front speakers and materials to properly stage them and tune them.

look ,in a 2 seater car rear fill is a waste

Wow thanks for the pictures Doug and Street, I think I have a good idea of what Im going to go with in terms of Amp and components. Ran into a problem through, Mike (Zenclosures) doesn't sell the pods any more . . .
But if I can get my hands on a pair it looks like they will fit. The bar going down to the floor runs down where the VDC switch is so there should be a inch or two of clearence.

NOW! What you could do is use some 1" spacers (Mike sells these I know for sure), and do the OE speaker grill mod whereby you dremel out the center section of the grill and cover it in speaker cloth. There is a DIY on here somewhere. This will give you more output from the stock location, cheaper than pods, a nice little project to keep you busy for a day, give up no leg room.
I really don't see Nazar's pods clearing your roll cage.

Yeah I see the 1' spacers can't find the DIY on it though, and I would have to mount the tweeter somewhere else.
Well I give it a week or two and try to source the Zenclosures Pods, if no luck I probably just go with the spacers.
I think you and doug sold me on the Diamond components and the Eclipse amp. When I get back to the states I have to find a pair and hear what they sound like just to double check.
Thanks Guys for the help
