Can you run two headunits?
Hi Guys,
Just wondering. You know the compartment where people normally place their GPS unit, above the sereo with the cover?
Well can i run the stock stereo CD player and add a DVD double din unit in that compartment and run both?

I'm not understanding why anyone would want to do this?
The closest thing to this setup that you are asking about that would actually have a purpose would be what Spike100 posted not too long ago (within a week or so) using Kenwood screen and outboard cpu. Here's the post: https://my350z.com/forum/audio-builds/330407-double-din-h-uis-multiple-monitors-and-navigation-pics-here.html
I don't know of any double DIN headunits that would fit where the cubby is without some major modification, there isn't enough depth for any standard headunits that I an aware of.
