Default First time audio builder need some help.

Ok guys thanks for reading this and trying to help. I have a 08 350z and right now I have replace my head unit with a Avic D3 and Pioneer component 3 way up front and pioneer co axil in the back. I need to add a set of 10's with the Zenclosure set up, but what 10's do I buy and what amps do I need to get. I am not trying to set records, just sound good and be reliable. Thanks again.

I did, but most of the stuff is old. Thought maybe something new or cheaper stuff is out that might be better or just plain recommendations. I did my research with the head unit and speakers. And has your mom ever told you if you don't got something nice to say don't say anything at all.

get a single 10 if you are lookin for sq, dual 10's or 12's will only up the spl. I'm getting a single 10 in a small sealed box powered off a 4 channel which also feeds the front comps. gl.

Rule of thumb when buying amps: Buy a good brand name, get as much power as you can afford.

What kind of budget are u looking at? And what are u into more SQ or SPL or do u want a all around good sub. There are alot of great subs that people dont know about out there. Re audio, ID, FI, and the list goes on.

I am looking for good sounding subs, it don't have to be earth shattering bass. I am not sure but is 600-800 enough for this?

I am sorry not sure what those terms mean, but I am going to take a educated guess here. The amps you showed me will power my subs but not my front speakers and rear speakers?

yes sir

i run a mono amps on driver or drivers as its best work is done on lows

i would run a 2 channel and or 4 channel seperate amp on your mids and highs

this is the rule of thumb, index, and pinky finger

i have been wanting to try a set of re xxx comps in a z , but i know it is for a more advanced do it yourselfer as fabrication will most likely paly a part

they aint just drop in and screw down

anyway if you need more ? , fire away
