i was wonderin if there is a how to on switching out or changing the stock grills on the doors of the z and also on the back pillar
those grills suck
also does n e 1 know where i could find or make some good grills to use instead of the stocks

You asked about “the back pillar.” I assume you mean the rear speaker mounts. I wouldn’t spend much effort here since you hardly need the rear speakers. In a two-seat car, it’s the front that you need to focus on.
You didn't ask about tweeter mounting, but that is something else you want to get more information about.
