Default Upgrading sound system

Has anyone redid the factory 10" opening, as far as maybe to fiberglass a sealed enclosure. Im seeing a lot of aftermaket enclosures on the web, Im not sure if this is a little visual thing, but I want to be able to leve my car open and still be left alone. Im looking for advise on making this enclosure myself, using a 10" Infinity Perfect with the varibleQ hoping that this will help with the small size of this potential enclosure that I have to work with. Any advise is helpful. This is my 1st post

There was someone who used sound deadener to put up some makeshift walls to act like a box. Wicked CAS makes a box for the stock bose sub location, but its a tad steep (just my opinion)

If you do a search on here you will find pretty much everything thats been done so far.

yeaqh that area is not entirely sealed. You would have to have an open air subwoofer. Like Sonic said, you could enclose it but its not cheap. Its cheaper to by a seled enclosure for the trunk area...good luck
