Default Recommend a good amp for my setup... JL A6450 amp any good?

So I'm trying to build a budget-friendly yet decent sound system for my car. Only thing left is picking out amps. My budget is under 300. I came across this, and figured this can take car of all speakers and the sub:

I don't need anything super fancy. I just want a setup a bit better than the stock bose, with clear sound, and a little punch.

Here's what my setup will be like so far:

Pioneer Avic-f900bt
Infinity Kappa 60.7cs front speakers
JL audio stealth box w/ 10W1v2-4 sub

Thanks.

i'd rather just go all the way than just a little bit better than the bose.

rock out the 300/4 multi chan amp with XR components
and a 500/1 jl 10w6v2

That is a nice amp for someone who wants to get good sound quality but doesn't need a lot of bass. It doesn't have very much power on the sub channels, but it you aren't looking to get a ton of bass it would be a excellent choice..
