I can't get the touchkit touch screen drivers to load on XP. windows is saying that the drivers supplied are not drivers for that device. anyone have this problem? I have tried it on 3 different pc's. Also I have installed the touchkit software, but it cant find the usb adapter for the screen because windows will not load the driver. any help would be much appreciated!

 

I used an adapter that is usb to the old school mouse hook up ( i forgot what its called)

I would call Xenarc. Mine (700TS) works flawlessly with WinXP. Xenarc tech support (provided you can understand their English) is very helpful and will do anything to get you working properly.

One thing you can try is to delete the touchscreen from the device manager, reboot and let Windoze redetect it, making sure that you use the drivers from the CD that came with your Xenarc.
