Ive read great reviews of the 10w6 in the Z, and am looking for comparable subs, just without the price tag, as well as an amp to power it. I like the 500/1 and 10w6 combo but the price tag is a bit steep for me. What else can i mix and match to get just as good results, but for less cost?

 

i might be selling my 10w6v2 and understrut box combo in the next couple weeks. You could find another used for great prices as well.

FI subs is what i am running and i am using elemental design amps for the sub and my components up front.

 

I want to go with one 10" and an amp. Lets keep the price below $500.

Lately ive been reading about FIs products. Seems like a good deal for the two.

 

Diamond Audio subs are excellent quality, and sound great. I am running one in my set up and have been nothing but impressed.

Boston acoustics g5 is a very nice sq sub that is very comparable to the w6, but is often overlooked. I would take a look at one of them http://www.sonicelectronix.com/item_...s+G510-44.html.
