Tried search and found nothing (maybe I just suck at it) anyway, is it possible to swap the bose head unit out of an 04 into a Nismo Z? Not sure if the wiring is any different. Want to clear this up before an attempted install. Any help would be appreciated thanks

 

The Nismo is not much more than a regular Z with a stiffer suspension and ground effects. So I would be simply amazed if there was anything different about the stereo.
