Default Need help with 350z roadster subwoofer

I need to replace the bose factory sub, actually it keeps going in and out... i already installed the pioneer avh4000... are there any websites that sell a custom enclosure.... and also is it possible to bypass that little bose amp that powers the amp///thnks

The base is perfect for me (not extreme out of the car base - but thumping inside!). Of course this needs to be powered by a separate (read real) amp - not that crap amp for the stock sub.
