I need to replace the bose factory sub, actually it keeps going in and out... i already installed the pioneer avh4000... are there any websites that sell a custom enclosure.... and also is it possible to bypass that little bose amp that powers the amp///thnks

Yeah Xzero is showing what I would have suggested. This is from personal experience. I'm totally satisfied with Nazar's sealed box. The base is perfect for me (not extreme out of the car base - but thumping inside!). Of course this needs to be powered by a separate (read real) amp - not that crap amp for the stock sub. Amps for other speakers and sub fit neatly under the seats.
