Look through the Audio Builds subforum and see what people are using.
Like Zwole said, there is no such thing as "best components." It's all subjective to the listener. Everyone has different tastes and expectations.

Your budget is somewhat modest ($150-$200) for good components. At that price, you might want to consider some high-end coaxial speakers (which are available at the price you are willing to pay).
Coaxial speakers are underrated, and can actually sound very good. They are more easily installed (especially when comparing the extra effort it takes in the Z when you install components and do not use the” less-than-great” sail panel position for the tweeters).
The problem with coaxial speakers is the stock door mount (that I assume you are considering because of your price-point). You can solve this by expanding the “grille holes” positioned over the tweeter.

wow, didnt notice the $150 to $200 price range
if you want "nice" it will cost you.... my tweeters cost more than your budget, not to mention the other 4 speakers just in the front

I'm not disappointed with my EF61-FG's (TW25 tweeters) that I got from woofers etc., but it took me hours of playing with stuff to make them fit in the stock locations. The tweeters aren't harsh (in the sails they aren't harsh.....can you believe it, I had to EQ them up for it to sound right to me), the mids sound good.
Its not the best system and with lower quality music (ie radio) I have to work with the EQ a LOT more to get it to sound right.
Also, the more time I have on them the better they get.
CDT audio is pretty good, Rainbow is always highly ranked, Diamond audio, Focal if you can fit them are ok.
At this point my money would go to these:

But I don't think you'll get near fitting the baskets in the stock location.
I guess if you used my wedge spacer method to the extreme you might, but it would sound like *** then.
