go to an audio shop to get my JL audio amp and sub installed tomorrow !?

I agree! You really should do an install on your own. It's cheaper and you'll have more pride in your car.

Do the install yourself.. people don't care about your car the way you do. They just see it as another job and will cut corners (if needed) to finish the job.. my $0.02

well as much as i would love to, i don't have the proper time or necessary tools, so today i was able to learn, watch, and do some of the installation myself and it turned out great !!

so you paid a shop to install your audio equipment for which you ended up doing some of the work yourself? i knew from the whole JL Audio Equipment choice you ... errr.. nevermind.. whats the point..

in the future all you need is a set of screw drivers and a socket set.. every male and female should have at least a small protable set in their car.. it is essential
