I guess i will go with the 5 channel amp ( will it fit in the glove box? )
Something I don’t see anyone mentioning is that you can go with a Kenwood KOS installation and keep your stock H/U in place so you maintain the factory appearance but add a great radio and anything else you want to add since KOS provides a scalable platform.

You simply install a KOS Controller, and after that you can use what you already have, replace existing stuff, and add whatever you want (amps, DVD-players, speakers, GPS, etc.).

KOS is a great solution for a leased vehicle since you can do the adds, and then retain the stuff you changed when you turn the car back.

Focal and ID are both great (I use an IDQ10v3 and it sounds superb) but not worth anywhere near $2K+

Also, in the Z you don't even need the rear speakers. They will destroy your sound stage. Save the money from the rears and the amp for them and put it into a good amp for the sub (hifonics, diamond audio, audison, zex, zapco, etc).

Just my .02

Edit: props to that shop for actually suggesting decent equipment though. The shops around here would charge you that much for Rockford Fosgate and Kicker...lol
