^^ I see that you answered your question about the OEM crossovers. The same is true for tweeters mounted in the sail panel. The stock mount in the sail panel is a tiny compartment meant to hold small and inexpensive tweeters. Even if you can find a quality tweeter that fits the sail panel, you may not want to mount the high frequency component here.
Personally, I think better positions for your tweeter are a custom kick, door pods, a cutout in the door panel, or the A-Pillar. Some members have also done custom mods to the sail panel so that it holds better aftermarket tweeters. To see these options, do a search on Audio & Video Forum where there are many discussions on tweeter-positioning.

welli came up wit a solution .. buy some used oem mounts (sail panel is it?) and once ive got the comp/panel s im gonna wheel out the fiberglass etc an custom make some new mounts then cover in carbon fiber for looks unfortuantly no cash at the mo = going no past planning yet
kick builds would be best i need all the space i can get down there , A piller agin im asfter easy reverseal of mods so thats a no goo.
