Amplifier Mosquito Noise?!?!
did you run the power wire next to the rcas? you should run those on separate sides of the car. if you did that and are too lazy to fix it you could get a ground loop isolator. or your rcas are just really cheap and have no shielding so you may consider getting better ones.
Alternator whine.
Normally a grounding problem, occasionally it's introduced on the RCA connects.
Get to the amplifier, disconnect the RCA signal connectors and see if the whine goes away (car needs to be running). If so replace or move your signal wires.
If not try running a ground from the amplifier up to toward the head end and battery.
Rarely the gains are set wrong with the amplifier cranked up too high. The clue to this problem is that the sound volume maximizes way before the volume control **** reaches maximum rotation.
