Audio issue, passenger side.
So long story short my girl was noticing that sound was barely coming out of the passenger side speakers of my Z, I happened to have spare speakers lying around and decided to swap them out to see if that alleviated the issue. Sadly it did not improve, I then proceeded to rewire the speakers in hopes of alleviating the sound issue, still did not fix the problem, I traced it back to the radio, or so I thought. I assumed it was my Pioneer Avic F90BT, but decided to check the factory radio, and the same issue existed, so my question is, what the hell could be causing the passenger side of the car to have shitty sound?
So cliffs:
- Speakers on passenger side barely audible
- Replaced Speakers
- Still suck
- Rewired passenger side of car thinking there may have been a crimp or bad connection
- Still suck
- Thought it was my head unit (F90BT), put factory radio back in
- Still suck

You've replaced everything.
Assuming that you didn't screw up in the replacement process - crimping a wire, out-of-phase speaker ... the only thing left is your right ear!

The only variable you didn't mention is the source material so I'm assuming you're not listening to the same boot leg CD time and time again. The whole system stem to stern is the source material, the head end, (optional amplifier), speaker wire, and speaker.
The only thing I can suggest is swapping the port and starboard (left and right) speaker outputs and drive the passenger's speaker with the known good driver's side head end output. If the problem stays on the passenger's side it's the speaker or wire (not likely). If the problem swaps it's in the head end or source material (not likely).

Thanks for the quick response paul, I decided to double check over everything...I'm a dumbass...I rewired the speakers, well when I tested with the factory radio I forgot that I used wires directly from the speaker instead of the factory wires to test the F90BT...so what I've learned is that the F90BT has an issue. I had sent it out, and then told UPS to intercept it and bring it back, now I'm trying to deintercept it so it can go to pioneer again, lol
