Default Garmin GPS 3.5" Cubby Install

Hey guys Im quite new to the forum and have noticed many people decided to put a GPS in there cubby. I decided to give it a shot, but seeing as how I didn't want to purchase a new GPS I used a 3.5" Garmin 350 I had lying around. I've seen most people install a 4.3" or 7" but since my GPS worked fine I figured to just throw that in. Anyways I think the install came out pretty well let me know what you guys think. Also I have an 05 Z and the cubby door closes with no issues.

The headunits navi was an option for an extra $400. Wasnt worth it for me. The unit claims "navigation ready" but to get the nav software and extra peices for the navi it would cost extra. Plus every one that knows anything about cars knows the extra screen adds 10hp... no? JJ LOL

its the pioneer p2300 it was only $250 when i bought it. I would need to buy the optional AVIC-U220 hideaway GPS unit for it. The x930bt is $800+tax here CDN.

SNTZ33,

Your pictures are pretty much useless. I'm not sure what you are attempting to show us. Many members here have successfully installed the small Garmin GPS devices, and sometimes with a different/unique twist.
