Default Installed AVH-P4300DVD

Got my Pioneer AVH-P4300DVD installed today, and whipped up some new custom backgrounds for it. I'm in love with this unit. Funny thing is, we ordered it off of Amazon, but originally ordered the 4100 and they messed up and gave us the 4300, win.

Here are a few pics for you all:

Very carefully 9
No, I just have a USB stick that I put the images on, and then plug it into the hu, after that you push the media button to switch from audio to images. And then find your image and push "capture" on the bottom. After that go to your background setting and look for the one that is for custom images. If you need any additional help, just ask and I can upload a video showing how to do it
Best of luck!

Got the same unit too. Add the pioneer HD tuner and see what a difference it makes
if you love to listen to FM. Hopefully you did not make the mistake I made at first by not connecting the Antenna blue wire. Love your background. Will try it. Will PM for help if I get lost.
After my unit, I installed the Z130BT in wife's SUV. Wished I had bought that instead though

Nah, I didn't get the HD Tuner, I went with XM instead. I actually had this for my Jaguar X-Type and just swapped it out when I got this car :P Just got around to getting this put in today though.

No, I didn't. The only add-on I have bought for this hu is the XM Tuner.

Also, here are a couple of background images if you guys are wanting them. If you want any other colors or something and want me to make them, just shoot me a PM.

Actually, it's not, just when I went to sharpen it manually, it ended up weird. It does look that way though, hmm. Thanks for pointing that out. I'll flip it :P One sec.

Edit: Fixed Thanks for pointing that out, god I feel like an idiot >.<

I got mine to clear. The problem I have is with the shift ****. (Sorry I have AT Lol).
It hits it if it has to fully open for the SD drive unless I move to reverse or further.
Not a bother because once I loaded the SD card I have not had the need to open it.
Honestly for anyone that is ABOUT to buy this unit, I would say save up and get the AVIC Z130BT. The P4300 is an awesome unit but the Z130BT is even better.
I paid 400.00 for my unit, added HD tuner for 150. Only about 300.00 away from the
Z130 which has an awesome Navigation, built in HD tuner and bluetooth that is compatible with Android.
The bluetooth add-on for the P4300 does not have compatibility with Android. And for the iPhone 4, you always have to re-connected each time you enter your car.
The Z130BT has the most current software.
Another thing about the Z130BT is the RCA connections. They are part of the Harness.
If you install it in the Z, you get more room behind the Unit.

Used the metra kit and modified the mounting holes and moved the unit backwards. If you use the kit stock, with the stock brackets, it will catch. Hope that helped!
