JL Stealthbox - get ready . . .
The recommended air space for the 10w3v2 given by JL is .60-.90 cubic feet and the recommended airspace for the 10w6v2 is .50-1.00 cubic feet.
So, I would say the stealth box could definitely be fitted with 10w6v2's without a problem.

Hey sweetZ, from the pic it looks like you mounted your head unit on the bottom DIN. What kit did you use to accomplish this? I am planning on doing the same thing.
Also, what amp are you running to the stealth box?

The pic just looks like that b/c I had some stuff thrown in the storage slot and my hu has a black face when the vehicle is off. Would be pretty neat to have it mounted in the bottom din though.
As far as the amp, I have a Precision Power PCX-280 running to it. I had an older version Rockford Power 1000.2 but thought that was definately overkill for these subs. Really going for SQ more than DB anyways.

yea the back of the jl box is just too big i like to throw stuff behind my seats when i get in my car the other box allows you to do that so i like the other one better but the one in the tire well is the best looking i have seen so far
i agree with you both of you. If I had known about nazars box before I bought this one, I probably would have gotten it.
I also have gotten used to throwing things behind the seat but now there is NO ROOM for anything in front of the strut brace anymore. A box built into the spare tire well would have been great to keep functionability of the trunk but also would have been more difficult to get the right air space out of. It would either cost more or take a lot of time to build right if I was doing it.

My JL box didnt even come in yet and I'm having regrets =/ I thought it would offer good SQ and heavy bass but it doesnt sound that way, wish i head read up on Nazar's box first. Any1 want to pick up a Stealth Box in jersey for 650? =)
