Question Updating 2003 OEM Navi to 2006 OEM

I have an 2003 350z track with OEM Navigation. My question is can I just buy the 2006-08 OEM bezel, control panel and maybe screen. Will everything plug right up or is the harness, navigation system whole unit different from 2003-05 to 2006-2008???

Bumping with the same question.
I've got a 2003 Enthusiast, no navigation, and someone's giving me a navigation set from a 2006. Besides the obvious interior plastics modification, are there hookups available, or at least will it bolt up?

No. If you're car didn't come with navi from the factory; don't bother. None of the existing wiring will be present. Besides, OEM navigation is horrible and there are much better options out there to spend your money on (I understand you may be getting the navi for free but it will not be free to install it).

No. The 2006 OEM navigation equipment is not compatible with 2003 OEM navigation (fitment and wiring). It would be costly to do this and it wouldn’t work correctly (if at all).

Nope. The 2006 won’t fit without extensive custom modification, and the connections are different. And, for a lot less $$ you can buy a much better navigation system that fits your z perfectly.
