Just got the viper 3305v alarm and was wondering if the blue led light should be blinking while I am driving? To me that's strange and car place is closed today so have to wait. Thought maybe someone on here might now why it's always on. Thanks!

 

If the car is running and you press the lock button on the Viper remote, the blue light will blink. If you use the lock switch within the car to lock the car while it's running, it shouldn't blink. Basically, pressing the lock button on the Viper alarm is the only reason the blink would be activated (as far as I know).

 

Thank you for your response. Turns out it was a pin on the brain box that was bad and once replaced all worked perfectly.
