2004 Touring
w/Bose
upgraded HU to Kenwood DDX418 (1.5years ago)
used PAC-ROM for install

Cell phone:
current: Note2 (stock)
previous: Motorola Photon (stock, had same issue)

Issue: Playback from phone to HU disconnects often
Usually disconnects exactly 1min after turning on radio, it will connect and i can hear the music then disconnect and then it will auto-reconnect

This goes for music on SD card, Youtube, and Pandora. Im not sure if its a program based issue, cell phone issue or HU issue. Pandora seems to disconnect the most often doing it about every two songs.

There is nothing wrong with sound, or signal strength/distortion, sometimes a few crackles after it reconnects and starts playing again

Any input, settings for HU/phone tips?

Check Kenwood website for firmware updates for your specific unit. Try a reset as well.
