Default Radio not working after problem with relay!!

hey everyone need help from someone that knows electrical area of the 350z 04.
After leaving the car off with just the hazards lights on for 20 min I turned the car back on again but the battery was dead. So as i stated the car again I heard a repetitive popping noise coming from the battery and it wouldnt stop.. so i followed the noise and it turns out that it was coming from a relay in a hidden box behind the battery. There was 3 relays one on top of the other and the first one was doing a popping noise... So i took it out and switched with the one underneath it.. and the noise stopped.. I used a jump cable and the car went back on but the radio wasnt working.. I bought a new relay with the same characteristics and replaced for the one that apparently was messed up... So now Im not sure whats happening since my radio is not working and I know it's related with the relay.. I checked everything else in the car and its working properly.. does anyone have any idea about it???

I believe you state that you replaced the relay with on of the "same characteristics". Did you replace with an OEM relay? Did you switch the relays back to their original positions?

Well I did switched them back to the original position but the relay I bought is not the original one since I bought it at auto parts... I brought them the messed up relay and they found one that's supposedly the same characteristics...
