So I have an 06 350z with Bose w/o nav. So I've been looking all day I've found some answers but still unsure about some things. I'm ordering the harness adapter that will plug into my OEM wires. From here are questions
Do I still splice the wires from the HU to those wires?
Can I just hook it up and run rcas/ground/power/remote to the amp I have for a 10" sub and just leave the Bose amp stuff alone?
Also how do I run the remote wire from hi with the adapters? Do I splice it with the antenna 12v wire? This may be self-explainitory once I get the adapter.


Sorry if the post is redundant. But I could not find this exact question about the 06 Bose stereo.

 

just a quick update, i blew radio fuse, kinda how i found out the big yellow one was constant power, from there we tested every wire with a light tester tried every wire for ground and every wire for acc, nothing worked to where the radio turned on, also blew someother fuse, not sure what its for yet, just gonna take it to a pro, like best buy or my local audio shop around here.

i would suggest for any noobs reading this to do the same before you eff something major up, i luckily have not messed anything majr up but am stopping before i do. my friend is pretty knowledgeable about hooking up audio systems and we couldnt figure it out, so save yourself the time unless you KNOW how to do it, and go to a pro
