The harness to fit the head unit will have to come from the manufacturer, for example: Kenwood, Pioneer Alpine, etc.
Once you have that, you can buy an adapter harness to connect with the plug on the car. If the head unit is not an OEM Nissan unit, the PAC kit you mentioned is not what you need,

Your aftermarket radio should have come with a wire harness that plugs into the back of it similar to this (connector will match your radio, unlike this pic):
You need to buy a harness for your car like this:
And then mate the two together. The wire colors from one will match the other, it's industry standard wire color. Connect red to red, black to black, yellow to yellow, etc.
You can buy the second harness from a local car audio retailer. You will need to tell them make, model, year and trim of your car when you buy it.

Since you don't have the factory radio now you need to follow MatthewBouchard diagram. Instead of that PAC use this:
Hopefully your aftermarket radio has 4V RCA preouts because that seems to be the requirement to drive the BOSE amp properly.
Most people here (including me) will recommended you trash all the BOSE junk and go full aftermarket. Granted that means new speakers and a new amp but it will sound 100X better. The BOSE system is truly terrible, thus any advantage gained with the aftermarket radio is lost.

I think the step you are not understanding is in Matt diagram's where is says "connect wires" that is a manual process - you have to physically cut the plastic off the wires to exposure the cooper inside then splice them to the other adapter. There will be NO adapter that connects the factory wiring to your new radio directly. Instead you need two adapters: one for the aftermarket radio (you have that part already) and the one you need to buy that connects to the factory wiring. The work required is to cut and splice these two together properly.
In your case the speaker wiring is not required instead you can use the white and red RCA jacks / plugs on your radio and the adapter I linked.
If this is too confusing PLEASE find an specialists store to do the work for you! Doing this wrong can damage your car and/or your radio. Sometimes its worth the money to pay a professional to make it work correctly.

But why is everyone saying Metra is worse to use then PAC in every audio thread on the forum?
