Thumbs up New Audio System

Well I finally gave in, after attempting to install my system myself I gave in and got professional help. I had already installed Infinity Kappa Perfect components and a pioneer head unit.
The rest I left up to the big boys of Ultimate Audio, we decided on a JL audio 10w3 sub, nothing to big, but it would supply the type of bass i was looking for. For this they built a custom box that fits in the stock location. I have heard many say it does not sound well in there, but after hearing it myself it sounds amazing. we then decided upon two kicker amps, one for the sub and one for the speakers, they custom built an amp rack behind the seats and in between the rear strut, they also dynomated the car. All I can say is wow. Sound is crystal clear from the speakers and the bass is nice and tight, not to much, but just enough. Pictures will follow tomorrow since it's late and I need my friends digital camera to take the pictures.
later,
Lips

Did you have any sort of fitment issues with the Kappa Perfects? Have to install adapters or anything? Mine are coming in soon.

Looking forward to the pics!

the Kappa Perfects are an easy fit so long as you use a 1 inch spacer so the speaker magnet will have enough clearance with the window when it is lowered. You can either make spacers or use the spacer that the stock speaker is mounted in. If you use the stock spacer you will have to cut the stock speaker out with a dremel or just place it on the floor magnet facing up and give it a little stomp (that's the method i used, saved 5 minutes).

Rajiv (didn't cut corners on install even though i stomped on the speaker)

Yeah, exactly what Rajiv said, seems like it is cutting corners but is actually the most effective way to do it and the spacer fits like a charm, the speakers themselves are awesome. Great clarity.

Sorry about the long wait for pictures but here it goes...o yeah i apologize about making you guys click on a link for the pictures, but I could not post them without reformatting the size and since I don't know how to do that the link will have to suffice.
