Default Need help quick please..installing aftermarket deck right now

I need some help please. I have the bose system and am putting in an aftermarket deck right now. Does this mean I will lose my sub? There are four plugs coming into my stock headunit, but there are only two harness that came with my aftermarket wire harness? Does anybody know what those other two factory harness are used for?

thanks...any help would be greatly appreciated

Do you have an aftermarket wiring harness to connect to it. You have to bypass the 2 internal amps in the car or it will not work.

Yeah, I bought an aftermarket wiring harness. It only has two plugs on it. How do I bypass the amps?

You dont have to bypass the amps just hook everything up to your aftermarket wiring harness and everything including the sub will work just fine.

I imagine the wiring harness is somthing that plugs into the old stereo's sockets, next you just wire your new stereo into the Harness.

I didnt use one, I just sliced into the old speaker wires.
I will paste a wire chart in a sec.
